We are looking for well presented, dynamic individual who has confidence in communicating with others, is organised and has a good level of administrative skills.

Key requirements:

•Outstanding telephone and face to face guest communication skills

•Ability to work as part of dedicated and passionate team

•Ability to work under pressure

•Confident in dealing with people

•Pride and attention to detail

•Impeccable personal presentation

•Strong IT skills including word, excel, power presentation, database updating

•High standard in writing and spelling

•Contract completion and working on software management systems

•Responding to customer enquiries and logging appointments for sales team in diaries

•Dealing and responding to operational queries

The position is flexible with part-time and full time wok available on a temporary or permanent basis.
